Ellen is a LCSW with over 30 years of experience as a therapist. She has worked with civilians, active duty military, and veterans with the full range of behavioral health problems from depression, anxiety, OCD and other behavioral health diagnoses. Ellen is also a specialist in treating PTSD and trauma. She works with each client to develop an individualized treatment plan utilizing EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
