More about Emily Scheibal, MA, AMFT

I strive to help clients better understand themselves, improve their coping skills, and build healthier relationships. My goal is to help you explore your beliefs and challenge those that do not serve you, try new things and practice new skills, and feel empowered to make positive changes outside our sessions. I work with clients experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional disturbances, and challenges in relationships, tailoring evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ERP, and Family Systems therapy to fit your unique needs. Outside of work, you can find me trying out a new restaurant, catching up on the latest movies, and spending quality time with family and friends. Additional ACTION is required to finalize your booking with Emily. If you book with Zocdoc, Stori's Care Coordinator will follow up with next steps to complete your booking.
