Throughout her career, Angelica has volunteered with nonprofit organizations in Glendale, providing mental health services to children with behavioral challenges and therapy to individuals coping with transgenerational trauma, acculturation difficulties, depression, and anxiety. She has extensive experience working in residential substance use treatment facilities as an individual, group, and family therapist. Angelica integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. She is passionate about helping individuals improve their self-esteem, relationships, communication, and emotional healing. Her goal is to help you develop a stronger sense of self, rebuild relationships, and enhance your quality of life.
