My goal is to lead clients toward a fulfilling life. I do this by creating a safe space filled with empathy, understanding, and absolutely zero judgement. I am here to provide support to teenagers and adults who experience difficulty with anxiety, life transitions, depression, family conflicts, relationship issues and more. I focus on empowering my clients by tailoring the therapeutic space to what works for them in order to maximize their abilities and help them create the life they envision for themselves.
I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic, and Person-Centered approach to therapy, with the goal of digging deeper into the world of my clients. This helps them to better understand themselves and their behaviors and motivations, allowing them to work through this and gain new perspectives with different mindsets.
