What should a new client know about working with you?

Life is complex, and doe not come with a manual to navigate its twists and turns. Whether you, or your loved ones, are having difficulty coping with anxiety, depression or "growing up," my goal is to help you gain the tools and skills to deal with those challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At the end of our first visit you will have a clearer concept of what your "issues" are. In the following visits you and i will lay out together, develop a "life plan" with specific, concrete, and individualized steps to help achieve your goals. I am not a CBT, ACT, etc. therapist. i use whatever technique works for you, rather rather than you fitting into a specific technique .
