My name is Emma Mesi, LMSW. I am a dedicated clinician with a Master’s in Social Work from Binghamton University. Utilizing a blend of strategies from CBT, mindfulness, REBT, and solution-focused approaches, I work closely with my clients to understand their perspectives and collaborate on overcoming challenges and processing traumatic experiences. My commitment is to support clients on their journey to well-being, helping them feel better and achieve their personal goals. What should a new client know about working with you?
I take time to understand the perspectives and needs of my clients, and collaborate with them to create an individualized care plan, seeking to help them better their mental health in a comprehensive manner.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I take the time to get to know clients' history, current situation, and needs. We work together to set goals, and then begin working on developing more helpful thought patterns and coping strategies, in an effort to make a lasting positive change in their lives.
