Whether I see you face to face in my office or through telehealth (video or phone), I take an individual approach to working with each of my clients to address their specific needs and challenges. I am extremely approachable and sincerely care about helping you gain clarity and insight while progressing toward developing the skills necessary to independently problem-solve in the future.
Regardless of age, we all have stressors, challenges, troubles, or a past that needs some attention. My focus will be on helping you, a family member, or both with whatever challenges you are facing, including depression, anxiety, addiction, anger, trauma, relationship, and family problems.
I have 25 years of experience as a therapist and have worked with a wide range of populations and age groups. My past experiences have allowed me to extensively work with different treatment methods in various settings. I will work with you to identify the tools that will help you reach your personal goals while also giving you a secure, open-minded space to express your feelings and present or past issues. I will be a sounding board for you, providing support, insight, and suggestions on how to cope with your challenges.
I hold a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor's degree from Roger Williams University, which have provided a strong foundation for my therapeutic practice.
