Erin Jackson was wonderful. After having to explain to her my horrible experiences I’ve had in my life & what I continue to deal with, with my mental health I think she’s will be good match. She listened to my side. And didn’t jump defend the other person (s) side as in making an excuse for their behavior. I’ve had Therapist do that before.

With nearly two decades of experience in human services, I bring a unique blend of perspectives to therapy, having transitioned from a career in law enforcement to clinical social work. After seeing firsthand the challenges faced by individuals in the legal system, particularly those dealing with substance use, mental health issues, and trauma, I felt a strong calling to provide care that focuses on healing rather than punishment. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and later pursued my Master's in Clinical Social Work at Fordham University. I have spent over 15 years partnering with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and involvement in the criminal justice system.
I specialize in trauma-informed psychotherapy and couples therapy, helping clients process difficult life events and improve their relationships. My approach is authentic, empathetic, and direct, allowing me to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. I am deeply passionate about women's reproductive mental health and have extensive experience supporting women through issues related to fertility, pregnancy loss, abortion, birth trauma, and postpartum challenges. Whether you are dealing with personal struggles or relationship difficulties, my goal is to guide you through your healing journey with patience and compassion.
