Eugene enjoys being active by lifting weights, playing basketball, and going on hikes with his wife. He believes everybody is an athlete within their own body.

I've been working with Dr. Eugene for the past 3 weeks now and I've already seen a marked improvement in my shoulder, neck and lower back pain. Dr. Eugene really focuses on the "training" aspect of getting your body back into its best shape and all the exercises we have done so far have really helped!

My visit was amazing! I began losing hope in my range of motion, after a severe shoulder surgery and started to think that I'd never be able to play basketball again. Since coming to Vital Performance & working with Eugene I have a new found hope! My range of motion increases every visit and with his help I know I'll be back on track in no time.

I have been dealing with chronic neck pain for years, until I met Dr. Eugene. His office is in a gym setting, which is perfect because I definitely needed to get stronger as I am seeing lasting results. Ive been to other physical therapy settings, but this is different because you work one on one with a doctor of physical therapy during the entire treatment session. Ive learned a lot of valuable information that I will forever take with me when managing my chronic neck condition all thanks to Dr. Eugene! If you live in the Nassau County area, he is highly Recommended!

I have been suffering with sciatica along with join pains for many months. Thanks to of Dr. Israilov, I have been recovering and feeling much better. After months of being a patient, I can confidently recommend anyone looking for a Physical Therapist - I’ve witnessed that that he knows very well what exercises should be applied to which patients. He’s caring, informative and very passionate with his work. I look forward to continuing my plan with Dr. Israilov. Stay healthy, stay fit!

The best the best the best physical therapist out there! I cannot say that enough ! After giving birth my back pain has been horrible .
