I am a clinician who supports individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and recovery from substance use. I believe therapy can be a steady place to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with your sense of self and direction. My approach is warm, collaborative, and honest, helping clients feel understood while gently guiding them toward meaningful, lasting change.
I show up as a real, grounded human—curious, calm, and gently challenging—so clients feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow. I hold a warm, thoughtful space with room for reflection and lightness, and outside the therapy room I’m someone who values humor, meaningful conversation, and staying curious about people and life.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to shift, now can be a meaningful time to invest in yourself. I offer a supportive, honest space where change happens at your pace—and you don’t have to do it alone.
