Talking and figuring it all out isn't getting you there. You are more than your words and your stories. The body is a treasure chest, etched with our life's story and ancestral history. When we turn towards it, and become literate in its unique language, an unwinding happens, leading us from self-identified suffering into healing. Maybe for you, your body feels like a foreign place, a confusing place, or even a dangerous one. Or perhaps it is in the external world - whether in specific relationships or systems - that feels complex and difficult to adjust to. By collaborating with your whole self, a deeper sense of unification and clarity will be born. Let's deepen together in body-oriented, experiential psychotherapy.
Therapy with me might look different than you've imagined or experienced! My specialty is in somatic (body-based) psychotherapy with an emphases on mindfulness and relational healing. Safe somatic touch is also an option in our work. I offer ongoing psychotherapy and ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
It is not your fault when it hurts. It does not mean you are doing something wrong. You innately belong to a robust ecosystem that is here to support you. Finding support in your journey is brave.
