I am a LPC, remote telehealth provider at Lifestance. I earned my Masters degree from Lewis & Clark College with an emphasis in child, adolescence and family therapy. I have over 18 years of experience working with individuals and families with a wide range of mental health issues and disorders. I am a certified ADHD specialist and provide full, comprehensive ADHD evaluations for children, adolescents and adults. I aim to build a positive, genuine, non-judgemental, therapeutic relationship with clients and families, in order to provide a safe place to begin a journey of self exploration, healing and self actualization. I am passionate about helping others become more self aware and mindful to increase understanding to process emotions and experiences from past/previous beliefs and learned patterns of behavior that have a negative impact on functioning, with an overall goal of to improving and thriving within relationships.
