My name is Jessica. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist currently practicing in California and Oregon. I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Notre Dame de Namur University. I have been working in the mental health field with diverse populations, providing varying levels of services-from community-based treatment and working within correctional facilities to individual therapy. Additionally, I have worked in the health industry alongside my mental health practice, supporting clients in developing mental toughness, increasing self-esteem and confidence, and addressing health concerns and emotional eating.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My hopes with all my clients are that they feel they are able to work at their maximum potential and gain useful skills to remove any barriers they are currently experiencing and tools to overcome future concerns.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
