I’ve tried therapy in the past but never felt fully comfortable to open up. With Gina it’s different, she is personable and makes you feel that you can share anything without being judged. I felt comfortable exploring my thoughts and feelings. I learned to understand what effects my thoughts, feelings, and mood and how to challenge negative thoughts. Therapy with Gina has made a significant impact on my life and I would recommend to anyone wanting compassionate therapy with results to see Gina.
