As a Latina therapist, I work to decolonize mental health by challenging harmful narratives, centering your voice, and creating space where every part of you is welcome.
You might be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, life changes, or struggles with self-worth and relationships. You may be trying to make sense of how your past, cultural expectations, or marginalized identities have shaped the way you see yourself and your world. Here, you can explore those connections without judgment.
I will see you as the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you — with warmth, curiosity, and respect — as you move toward greater self-compassion, resilience, and a sense of belonging both within yourself and in your communities.
When your voice feels silenced or threatened, this will be a space where you are heard and protected. Together, we will look not just at your individual experiences but also at the systems and contexts that shape them. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, HAES-aligned, and body positive. We can work in English or Spanish — whichever feels most natural for you.
