I'm especially passionate about working with people needing both pregnancy and perinatal mental health support with a specific interest in postpartum mood disorders. Parenthood is both a monumental and overwhelming part of life and I enjoy offering support and validation throughout the complicated and oftentimes arduous journey.
In addition to my specialty in women's issues, I also have extensive experience treating adults with anxiety, depression, psychological trauma such as intimate partner violence as well as individuals experiencing difficult life transitions.
Above all, I understand that my clients are the experts in their life. I prioritize creating a therapeutic relationship where my clients feel in control of their treatment, supported by me, and empowered to reach their goals.
