I started my physical therapy journey as a patient. While training for a triathlon, I found myself with persistent knee & shoulder pain that sidelined me from all exercise that I knew how to do. That experience taught me what it was like to feel totally out of commission - unable to perform in sport, sure; but even more importantly, unable to sleep well, relieve stress, and show up fully at work and in relationships.
I’ve spent the last decade learning as much as possible about how our bodies move, perform, and recover to help people in similar situations. I get no greater pleasure than working collaboratively to help people pull themselves out of situations that feel insurmountable. If that sounds like you, I’d love to talk.
