Gregory is a licensed clinical professional counselor who has successfully helped individuals learn how to manage their stress, decrease anxiety, improve sleep, and mood. Gregory is well-trained in using evidence based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy to help individuals with their symptoms. He takes a collaborative approach in customizing treatment plans that can target and reduce the symptoms that are interfering with your life.
In addition to offering assessments and therapy, Gregory is a certified Level 4 Reiki Master Teacher trained in both Usui and Holy Fire III techniques. Tracing his “Reiki lineage” directly back to Dr. Usui, Gregory has been practicing Reiki since 2011.
