As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, my purpose is to help you meet your goals and live your best possible life. My approach is to empower my clients to understand themselves, their thought processes and their responses to the world around them. A strong therapeutic relationship is essential for clients to feel comfortable working through their challenges. I look forward to helping you embrace the wonderful person that you are. I focus on trauma work, especially with first responders, military personnel, veterans, and those with chronic illnesses and medical trauma. I have participated in a Critical Incident Stress Debriefings for a 911 center, aiding first responders in healing. Living in the Pacific Northwest, I enjoy kayaking with my family, walking with my dogs and traveling to sunny destinations.
