Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years in private practice and many years as a social worker in health care. I earned my Master's in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach.
I am also a lifelong fitness enthusiast, starting my life in competitive tennis at five years old. A California native, I have spent six years enjoying the beautiful countryside and seasons of Connecticut.
My focus in life is love. My passion not only includes health and wellness but also creativity. I have been writing poetry since high school and have recently picked up the paintbrush again since moving to Connecticut.
Last year, my aspiration was to begin seriously working on my book. This year, it is ready to be prepared for publishing, and I think I have a title for it :)

Heather has been very great listener and will provide feedback and engage in dialog if and when is needed. For me, I like it when someone engages in conversation and questions/challenges my thought process, I appreciate the encouragement in growth.
