Getting to know Caity Dion

Hello there, I am Caity. I have worked in the helping field for over 8 years with a variety of demographics, cultures, and age groups. Through my experience, I have been exposed to a multitude of environments, lifestyles, and beliefs. These experiences have taught me that the best practice is to meet you where you are. Through our sessions together, we will explore what you want to change, improve, or enhance to find a happier, healthier lifestyle. My hope is that as you take this first, second, or third step into the therapy process, I can help guide and support you through your journey. I empower everyone to address the areas in their life that are causing them stress—areas such as domestic violence, relationships, parenting, family dynamics, employment, and much more. I look at more than just you personally; I consider all the factors in your life that make you who you are. Let's work together to look at your whole self and what you want to change and improve. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Saint Joseph, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.

What should a new client know about working with you?

The first session is the "get to know you" session. We will explore the different areas of your life; organically, socially, emotionally, and much more. You will provide me insight into what or who encouraged you to seek therapy.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
