As a licensed Creative Arts Therapist, I provide an integrative approach that blends art-making, talk therapy, and mindfulness. My work centers on creating a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where clients can explore their emotions, identities, and life experiences. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating identity exploration, family dynamics, intergenerational experiences, immigration, LGBTQIA+ concerns, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
