She is passionate about helping individuals ages 18 and up, with depression, anxiety, grief and stress. She has experience working with older adults, as well as adults who struggle with alcohol use, have a history of trauma and those with mental illness such as bipolar disorder.
Hilary knows how hard it can be to take the first step making an appointment with a therapist and will do what she can to help you to feel comfortable. She believes that everyone has the potential to make positive changes in their lives. She will work with you at your own pace and gently guide you through the process that will help you to heal and move forward.
