Inderpreet draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and parenting skills interventions to address a wide range of needs. She has extensive experience supporting diverse populations, including children in adoption or foster care, individuals with autism spectrum disorders, those navigating developmental disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Her flexible and client-centered approach ensures that care is tailored to each individuals unique situation.
