My years of expertise in addictions, trauma, and forensics have broadened my knowledge base to include hypnotherapy, CBT, family systems, and the 12-step model. I recognize that each individual is unique; therefore, the therapy one receives should address that individual's particular needs.
Life has many challenges, and people negotiate new changes all the time. My work with couples includes issues related to LGBTQ, HIV, and transitional life challenges. I also facilitate group work, including the "Virtual Lap Band" program for individuals who have struggled with chronic weight loss issues.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University and a PsyD in Psychology from California Southern University, which further support my comprehensive approach to therapy.
