I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, oppression, life transitions, identity and relationship challenges. Having lived between cultures, I deeply understand the complexities of balancing identities and expectations. My experiences in community-based care, psychiatric inpatient settings, and supportive housing inform my work with underserved communities.
