In 2006, I began my journey into therapy and am now also one of the Supervisors. I hold a Master's in Social Work from New York University.
My specialties include working with people who have experienced difficult parental upbringings, such as those involving alcoholism or emotionally immature parents, as well as adults in recovery. I also support individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, or life transitions, including veterans.
In sessions, I use cognitive and DBT techniques alongside IPT to explore how relationships affect mood and how mood can impact relationships. My goal is to help you navigate life's difficult moments and fully become who you truly are.
