My approach is very person-centered and I like to meet my clients where they are in their journey of healing and growth. I do challenge clients to push past their comfort zones in order to reach their goals, while also providing clients a safe space to move at their own speed. I am passionate about helping clients see that there is light at the end of every tunnel for whatever season or circumstance that brought them to see me.
