Berkeley and my Master's from Argosy University (East Bay)and have been practicing for approximately 18 years. I love t0 help teens and young adults struggling with stress, typically as it relates to life transitions and various forms of burnout become the best versions of themselves. In the past, I've worked as a therapist alongside the Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) to assist in the process of reunifying children with their parents.
