I am a licensed therapist with Meru Health. In just 12 weeks, the duration of our program, you will build skills to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and better manage uncomfortable emotions. I'll support you through unlimited chat messaging and scheduled video calls throughout this journey.
I have 10 years of experience working with clients as a therapist. Over the years I have obtained specialized training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Anxiety and Trauma.
I love using cognitive restructuring to target negative automatic thoughts, which in turn can change resulting emotions and behaviors. I offer a lot of flexibility in our work together and try to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment to explore difficult emotions and experiences. I also have experience in working with interrelational issues, communication skills, and boundary setting.
In my free time you might find me with my Corgi, Henry, or baking pastries.
