Neurofeedback is about symptom relief, and it’s different from talk therapy. I’m so excited to share this powerful “brain training” therapy that has helped my clients get relief from symptoms like anxiety, anger, attention challenges, sleep issues, and pain. It has also proven to be extremely effective with symptoms related to trauma and autoimmune disorders. Neurofeedback is a Noninvasive, in-person therapy that can provide lasting symptom relief. During Neurofeedback therapy we monitor your brain for brainwave activity and almost immediately provide feedback, through visual or audio cues.
During my 12 years as a talk therapist working with clients struggling with the impact of trauma and substance use, I learned the importance of a thorough and accurate assessment. This is helpful as we work together to pinpoint the origin of your symptoms and find the path to relief and better functioning in your life and relationships.
