I have been in the field for over 20 years. I often times will use CBT and Solution focused techniques to assist people to gain self-awareness and achieve their therapeutic goals. I enjoy using strength based techniques as well as relatable examples to assist in gaining personal insights and developing emotional and cognitive awareness. I frame this with humor, compassion, and insightful conversation to develop a therapeutic rapport and safe space to explore a person’s thoughts, feelings, and experience to meet their needs.
