Jena holds a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Amberton University. She is trained in somatic and attachment-focused EMDR therapy (The SAFE Approach) through the Personal Transformation Institute (PTI). She is also designated by the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) as a Certified EMDR therapist and EMDRIA-approved therapist.
