As a Licensed Social Worker, I use a compassionate, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique needs. Through somatic therapy, person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and expressive arts, we’ll explore the mind-body connection, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and create a space for healing. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and find new ways to cope that feel natural and meaningful to you.
