I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Walden University. I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma history, relationship issues, and parenting challenges.
My counseling style is warm, interactive, and direct. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion while creating a non-judgmental space. I understand that there is no one-size-fits-all therapy technique, which is why I use a variety of client-centered therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
I work collaboratively with my clients to help them gain a better understanding of themselves, their goals, and values, while enhancing their ability to cope with life transitions.
