I hold a Master's in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support clients effectively. With years of experience working with clients at all stages of change-whether feeling resistant, uncertain, or fully motivated-I understand that transformation takes time and support. I walk beside my clients every step of the way, offering acceptance, empathy, and practical tools to help them regain control over their lives. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), allowing me to tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs.
