Over a decade ago I began working kids with ADHD, Autism Spectrum, and Executive Dysfunction. Over the years, it became clear that families needed a specialist, not some generalized approach. No one can know everything, and that why I specialize in ADHD, Autism, and other Executive Dysfunction. I stay abreadt of the most current and cutting edge treatment modailities, so you and your family can have more ease, faster.
I am a board certified psychotherapist located in the heart of Manhattan. I work closely with each family to provide unique, tailored solutions.
Sessions are interactive and solution-focused. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, and provides support and practical feedback to help families effectively address life’s challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. Methodologies utilized include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Stress Inoculation, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Response to Intervention, and Trauma-Focused therapies. With compassion and understanding, I focus on each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

This was only a first appointment, but I was pleased and have high hopes for a very successful working relationship moving forward. I only say I would "probably" recommend based on the fact that I would like more than one visit before saying that for sure. Communication before the appointment was great, the office was comfortable and clean, and Jennifer was very easy to work with.
