Hello, I'm Jenny. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from adolescents to adults, in the mental health field. I can honestly say that I love what I do and have always found a unique way to connect with each client. I believe it is crucial to view each person I meet with an intersectional and unbiased lens, constructing a treatment plan and therapy style that aligns not just with their specific mental health needs, but also with their personality, sense of humor, and values.
I specialize in fostering healthy relationships and communication, supporting young adults, guiding individuals through pregnancy and parenthood, navigating life transitions, Maleaging anxiety, addressing trauma, living with illness, advocating for educational accommodations, parenting, and providing LGBTQIA+ support. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and seen through therapy, motivating you to live your life in the most authentic Malener possible.
I employ a strength-based, trauma-informed perspective and utilize an integrative approach in delivering therapy. This means that I draw from various therapeutic techniques to tailor our sessions to your unique needs and goals. I hold an MA and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
