I'm thrilled to connect with you! I've spent over eight years working in mental health in various roles, most recently as a therapist and school social worker. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University. I'm deeply passionate about empowering clients to take control of their lives and build a toolkit of resources and mindsets that will help them thrive.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I like to think of myself as a non-traditional therapist. What you see is what you get with me—I show up as my authentic self and encourage you to do the same. Together, we’ll talk, laugh, process emotions and past traumas, and yes, sometimes even cry! It’s all part of the healing journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our focus will be on developing the skills you need to create the best possible life for yourself through various therapeutic approaches. My goal is to help you feel empowered, capable, and strong. All of these qualities are already within you—it just takes some fine-tuning and practice to truly feel at ease in your own skin. I’m here to support and encourage you as we embark on this journey together, paving the way for a positive and fulfilling path forward.
