Hi there, I'm Jennifer!
Hello, I am Jennifer LaFleur, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who works with individuals and specializes in life transitions, stress management, and relationships.
My approach
I use a client-centered approach, which is collaborative, genuine, and nonjudgmental. My goal is to help empower clients to deepen their awareness of self, facilitate personal growth, build healthier relationships, and overcome emotional and mental obstacles.
My focus
I enjoy working with adults through the complexities of life transitions, relationship issues, and chronic stress management.
My communication style
I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy that is, above all else, client-centered, empathetic, and judgment-free. When appropriate, I like to incorporate humor and lightheartedness into sessions. Change can be a difficult process, but I believe the therapeutic space should be a place where you are free to be your genuine self. I encourage feedback during our time together; this is your journey, and I am here to walk beside you, wherever that may lead.
