What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) interventions to help clients reach their treatment goals. I offer a complementary video consultation to determine if I am the right provider for your needs. If you would like to work with me the first appointment is focused on obtaining background information and assessing for any possible immediate concerns you may have to create a tailored treatment plan. From the second session onward Megan will apply interventions to help you reach your treatment goals.
