OUT OF NETWORK PROVIDER; I'm Jenny Lockwood and I'm a LCSW that works with adolescents (12 and UP) and adults via online therapy. Many of my clients seek help with symptoms of anxiety, depression or relieving past trauma. I use a holistic approach to care, and work with clients to address the mind and body. When our mental health is poor, we often experience symptoms not only in how we feel emotionally, but how our bodies feel. Sleep, appetite changes, muscle tension, headaches, and more, can all be affected. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and somatic work to help clients get relief and start to feel better. If you are looking to feel better mentally and physically, but not sure what else to do, I'm here to help! Together, we will identify what is currently not working for you, what your goals for the future are and develop an approach that is tailored to your needs.
