I am deeply drawn to working with trauma, as I, too, am a trauma survivor who has moved from surviving to thriving. I believe in the power of continual growth, which is why I often incorporate mindfulness and nature-based practices into my work. The healing journey is ongoing, and I find that connecting with the outdoors and staying present through mindfulness can be powerful tools for personal transformation.
