The last few weeks have been a huge help to my mental health. I now realize I should of never stopped therapy. I appreciate how easy it is to talk to Jen. For me this is a big deal because the more you pressure me the bigger chance of me shutting down is possible.

Jennifer was great, from the beginning I felt like I was being listened to. She provided me with great strategies to use in the future and provided me with a plan for future meetings.
