I specialize in helping clients deal with anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, Bipolar Disorder, and adjustment issues. I have years of experience working with children and adults at all age levels and at all stages in life. I have a down-to-earth warmth that I pride myself with, so that clients always feel comfortable and at ease talking with me. I also pride myself in building relationships and trust in all clients, as well as in all people I encounter. Judgement is not something you will find with me! My goal is to help you find yourself, learn yourself, and become the best version of yourself that you are capable of becoming. In my spare time, you'll usually find me horseback riding in the pastures or Texas, or having quality time with my family.
I am part of a therapy practice called The Support Network, which has a dedicated team available to help with insurance and administrative support.
