I have extensive training in trauma therapy, grief/loss, addiction(Social media, gambling, sexual, food, etc.), anxiety(general and specific), depression, relationship challenges, neuroscience, attachment, equine therapy, family therapy, group therapy and more.
Many people who take steps to seek out a clinical counselor get nervous when they go to send the first email or make the first phone call. If this is you, I encourage you to take the first step. It may seem really hard and you may try to justify that you don't need it, you can solve it yourself, or it's too expensive.
