I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in TX, CO, and ID, passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful and lasting ways. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in authenticity. I believe healing happens when people feel emotionally safe, genuinely seen, and supported without judgment. I specialize in navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, identity struggles, intimacy concerns, trauma, perfectionism, and major life transitions. I also have experience supporting couples, children, adults, LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, BIPOC communities, and Spanish-speaking clients through culturally sensitive and affirming care. My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy, somatic techniques, play therapy interventions, and sex therapy-informed work. I strive to create therapy experiences that are both practical and deeply compassionate, helping clients better understand themselves while building the tools needed for emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and long-term healing. As a bilingual Latina therapist, I value creating spaces where clients can show up fully as themselves. I understand how culture, family dynamics, identity, and lived experiences can shape emotional wellbeing, and I aim to honor each client's unique story throughout the therapeutic process. In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate about holistic healing, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and personal growth. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
