I enjoy helping clients create visions and goals and empowering them to identify and embrace their inner strengths and abilities to reach these goals and live their lives free of self doubt or negativity.
I use a combination of traditional and holistic approaches in delivering a range of services including individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, as well as Reiki and guided meditation, as well as a range of other modalities.
