My name is Carolyn, and my life's work is helping my clients work through difficult issues, manage symptoms of mental illness, and attain all of their goals! For over 20 years, I have helped clients achieve learn techniques to manage anxiety and depression, achieve balance and improve function in all areas of life. I particularly like working with individuals who are experiencing conflict in the family or relationship realm, and have worked with any and all issues one could think of in these areas. My interventions are practical, realistic, and you are the most important team member in your treatment! Some of my specializations include working with anxiety, depression, broken family dynamics, historical/intergenerational trauma, communication breakdowns, parenting, and grief. I use therapeutic approaches such as DBT, CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy (as well as others). I do offer a free phone consult for any questions that you may have for me! I am present for you, I will always show up for you, and I am here to be by your side while we figure out together how to not only manage whatever you are facing, but how to fly high doing it!
