Jessica Mielke is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who focus on mind and body wellness. Jessica’s philosophy is when we are not feeling well emotionally this can play out in other areas of such as our physical well-being, relationships, work performance and overall fulfillment. Jessica hopes to create a space for you to be the best version of yourself. Jessica specialize in mood disorders, grief, trauma, relationships, suicidal ideation and substance use harm reduction. Jessica’s training includes a Bachelors of Science in Social Work from The Ohio State University and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver. Additional trainings include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health. Jessica has over 10 years of experience in Social Work. Jessica works well with young adult to adult stages of life and persons with diverse backgrounds.
